We have SNOW!!!

I know it’s going to make my commute ugly tomorrow but I’m still a little excited. It’s good snow too! Kasey looks pretty excited though, don’t you think. No Ari, you can’t have my dog…and I won’t consider trading:) Only Charlie had ever seen snow and he was the funniest one out there. He just stands on the corner of the porch and constantly sniffs the air.

Our daycare visit went well today. Kyle and I both feel really good about it and it’s a bonus that we get a discount through Turner. It’s 195/ week but we can purchase gift certificates through turner for 40% off. Unfortunately, you can only use $100 dollars of certificates per week and then pay the difference in cash. Not terrible I guess. So it’s going to be $60 for the first 100 and then 95 on top of it. So $155/ week out of our pockets. Definitely a lot better than everywhere else we’ve looked. It is hard to believe that it’s almost another mortgage. But hey, if we have another child you get a $10 discount. Seriously, I cannot imagine how people afford 400 a week let alone 5 or 600 a week for daycare. After childcare and gas, there is almost no point to working for your average person.
